Pesce al Pomodoro Fresco

(Fish with Raw Tomatoes)

Ingredients (for 4 people)

1 x 1,2Kg bream, sea bass or red snapper
300g red tomatoes
12 small black olives
1 garlic clove
2 basil leaves
CAZZETTA Extra virgin olive oil
salt and pepper to taste

 

Procedure

Steam the fish for approximately 20 minutes. Allow to cool, then remove the bones. Separately, finely dice the tomatoes and combine with the basil and garlic and black olives. Season with salt, pepper and oil, and let marinate for 1 hour. Arrange the fillets on a plate and garnish with the tomato mixture. Serve at room temeperature with a drizzle of CAZZETTA Spontaneo or Prezioso extra virgin olive oil.
