Cozze al Forno

(Mussels Au Gratin)

Ingredients (for 4 people)

1 Kg (2¼ lbs) mussels
100g (¾ cup) breadcrumbs
50g (¼ cup) Grana cheese, grated
1 clove garlic, minced
1 brunch Italian parsley, chopped
a dash of oregano
CAZZETTA Extra virgin olive oil
pepper to taste

Procedure

Thoroughly clean the mussels, discarding the top shell, and place in a baking dish. Prepare a very fine mixture of breadcrumbs, cheese, pepper, oregano, garlic, parsley and a little extra virgin olive oil INVICTUS. Mix thoroughly and top the mussels with the mixture. Bake at 200°C (390°F) for approximately 5 minutes and serve hot.
